  • I had an amazing experience at Lincoln of Cutler Bay! I purchased my car today and Adam and Jesus were absolutely incredible to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and had such positive attitudes. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the exact car I wanted the same day. They worked hard, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m extremely grateful for their effort and dedication. If you’re looking to buy a car and want a team that genuinely cares about helping you, I highly recommend asking for Adam and Jesus at Lincoln of Cutler Bay!

  • I'm not one to complain, I'm really not. That's why when I saw this 1988 Bronco II on their website, I clicked it. $5990, what a decent price for (what looked like) a well taken care of classic. How could I pass that up? I called Ford of Kendall, the sister location, and was met with amazing customer service. I set up a meeting and everything and set the date. I was extremely excited. Come Friday, I take a look at this thing and looks nothing like how it does in the photos. It's got a thick coat of dust on it... whatever. But upon further inspection, the rust. The rust was so bad it invited a hole through the firewall underneath the carpet. "Okay..." I thought. I'll just ask for a lower price and I'll fix it myself. Sales rep then tells me the truck may or may not run. Then he says he doesn't know if theres even a motor in it. Excuse me? Yeah, there was a motor. They say it has 99k on it. CarFax says 300k. Where's the honesty here? I tell the sales rep, politely, I won't make any offers. He politely understands and I go along my way. A few days later I feel up towards the truck again after receiving a call saying they could get the hood to open. I set another meeting and try again a few days later. The thing needs work, it was obvious. The fuel pump was literally sitting in the passenger seat. I offered $800 dollars, a reasonable price. Assuming I'd have to replace this oil soaked, 300k mile engine (and most likely transmission too.) It'd cost me most likely 4000 grand in repairs (parts and labor, y'know) bringing me right there at $4800 give or take. Sales rep says "give me a real offer" and I, admittedly realized that was a bit low, and I shot an offer of $1200. It'd still cost me $5200 in the end. Dealer tells me the least they can do is 3k, even with their end of year discount. I'm not spending 3 grand for the title, just to spend another 4 to basically get the truck. Not including the year it'll probably take me. To the dealer, the feller reading this... you had a 6 thousand dollar truck. You let it rot outside for 5 years. Unfortunately when you did that, the truck lost its value astronomically. There is no way you can sell this truck without losing some money, that is not the customer's fault, that is yours. Bite the bullet and let the thing go. (TLDR; dealer let used truck rot and still wants a stupidly high price. I would not trust dealer with used vehicles.)

  • Amazing experience at the Lincoln dealership! Melissa, our sales representative, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process of getting our Lincoln Nautilus smooth and enjoyable. She listened to exactly what we wanted and truly went above and beyond for us. Luis the sales manger and Jesus in finance was also exceptional. He explained everything clearly, guided us through all the options, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decision. Thanks to Melissa, Jesus and Luis, we are now driving our beautiful Lincoln Nautilus and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this dealership and their amazing team!
