  Below you'll find my positive review... unfortunately today I went in and had an awful experience. The stylus on the phone that I bought from them needed to be replaced so they do repairs so I brought it to them first. I also was going to purchase laptop from them today. The lady about the stylus was first of all very dismissive next very rude and then told me well well we're going to have to get the stylus out to even see if this will work which I said okay. I told her that I had done it at home and quick time, but she made it sound like it was going to be a big deal and that she wasn't even sure if they could do it. Well aren't you a phone repair place? Primarily that's what you do isn't it? All the while she was again quite dismissive and rude. So, I took my phone and left and my business not just for the stylist but for the $1,000 laptop I was intending on buying today. I went somewhere else and they got my business because they treated me right and at least like I was not bothering them. Makes me sad when a business that I had had great luck with treats me like crap. I hope management sees this and does something about it because they were great to begin with. Awesome place, great terms, awesome products and the service was some of the best I've ever had!! I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra here for way way less than anywhere else I've looked. They got me a 90 day no interest loan on the phone too which is awesome. They got me a screen protector and a case cheaply and installed it for me too. They have everything though!! All sorts of phones, tablets, video game consoles, laptops, smart watches, headphones and other stuff I can't remember right now. The people helping me were so nice, so helpful and just great people. I would definitely recommend them!! I can't wait for my next purchase with them.

  We came in to get my Husband a new laptop, we saw ads and some amazing reviews so we decided to stop by. Dulce and Lorena were amazing, knowledgeable and answered ALL of our many questions with a smile and even helped us get a tablet for the kids as well. I would highly recommend coming by if you’re in need for some tech and great prices! Thanks guys! We’ll definitely be back!
