  • Purchased a 2021 Lexus RX 350 out of state from Carneed a week ago. I found the RX through cargurus.com. This is our fifth RX, so even though I hadn’t driven one of this specific design, I was confident I would like it so no test drive was necessary. I was extremely apprehensive about buying a car online, however, as I had not done that before. I worked with Victor Estrada, and I have to say he was AMAZING. He was quick to respond to my questions, and he repeatedly assured me the vehicle was PRISTINE and I could buy with confidence that it would exceed my expectations. I have to say, he was 100% correct. I had to transfer payment across two wire transfers due to my bank’s policy, but he worked with me and let me know as soon as each transfer went through. The RX was delivered two days ago to my driveway and it is stunning. This was an EXTREMELY positive experience. I should state that I HATE buying cars, but this was a great transaction. Victor said they give the best service they can as they want repeat business. I can say with confidence that I would definitely buy from Carneed again, and will recommend them to my friends. I thank Victor and the entire team who got me my dream Lexus (Eminent White Pearl exterior, black and tan interior).
