  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL OF MY LIFE! Went to test drive a car I found online and when I turned the car on it had absolutely no gas in it to even test drive it! So the car salesman had to take the car to put gas in it which he only put $10 in (barely moved it off the gas light) drove it and was ok with the test drive the stereo was horrible only 1 speaker worked ah and the tire pressure light kept flashing. I asked about it and the guy just acknowledged it and said they do a full inspection before putting the car up for sale so it's good. I decided to buy it anyways the process was long and uncomfortable. I sat in his office as he ate his lunch infront of me waiting to see if I was approved. They charge a 3% fee of the entire deposit if you pay by card, so had to go pull out cash. Basically paid wayyyyyy more for the car than what it's even worth at the end and left feeling helpless and unhappy. A day later I get a text message from I don't even know who because he wouldn't tell me his name, saying I needed to come back because I need a new bank on file? I couldn't make it so the next day I get another text saying when am I coming in I gave a proof of address on a bill that wasn't current? I sent in the confirmation showing the bill was paid and asked is that it? He then rudely said that wasn't good enough they needed me to come down there or return the car! I kept asking for what? Bring what with me? What do they need me to do it's so inconvenient to have to come back when I already sent the proof of address and confirmation it's paid? He was the worst customer service representative I've been dealt with that at that point just wanted my money back because they were so unprofessional and awful I no longer wanted to do business with them and he didn't care and was like either way you have to come down here like a smart ass! On top of that after leaving the lot I tried to use the horn and it also didn't even work so they lied about the safety inspection and sold me a car that wasn't legally safe to drive! Which is against the law! I told him and got no apology no nothing just oh well return the car back in the morning! Unbelievable nightmare experience here! Save your money and your time and go somewhere else or you'll regret it like me!

  This is my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership and also going in alone due to my partner working over 12 hours everyday. I had to use my judgement and checked out the car on my own.   Beware of this dealership! They let me take the car before the financing was approved, only to cancel the deal a few days later when the finance company pulled out. And they even threatened to repossess the vehicle! Avoid them if you can!" Let me know if you'd like to make any changes.
