  I’d like to thank Mercedes personally for making my first real car buying experience as seamless as possible. I had ended up backing out of a deal at a different dealer as they failed to inform me the car couldn’t pass emissions yet, and when I came to Mericars to check out a 2019 Ford Fusion that had just been listed, Mercedes was able to answer most of my questions and called in help for the questions she didn’t know, no pretending, no lying. Whereas dealing with external financing at the first dealership was very chaotic, Mercedes already knew every form I would need and sent it to my email ready to go. Even through having to close a loan that was already booked for a different car, I was able to complete the purchase in two days thanks to her expertise. As for the car, even at 100k miles it seems to be in great condition, and with a fresh oil change the engine seems to run great and the transmission shifts smoothly. I had even more confidence in this as Mercedes informed me that each car Meric gets, the owner of Mericars, goes though an inspection to see that it’s in good running order. Oh, and the car was listed very competitively compared to other dealerships across all of the Portland metro area, and at that point I had done over 100 hours of market research. If this sounds fake to you, it’s not, I’m actually just that satisfied with the whole experience. I will be recommending Mericars to anyone in the market for a used vehicle, and if I need a vehicle again it will be one of the first places I look.
