  • I went to Carzlane to look at a 2018 Ford Explorer. When I arrived everyone treated me with respect, however there were several things I was not happy with. 1. They tried to sell me a car I did not want, and tried to push me into that vehicle multiple times. 2. I ended up buying the Explorer for $15,000 cash. I get 3 miles from the dealership and I get a TPMS light. 3. 1 day later I get a check engine light for an O2 sensor. 4. They did not change the oil, or fill the car with gasoline as promised. 5. The Sway Bar is cracked in the passenger side, and the end links are pretty much gone 6. The vehicle stutters on acceleration 7. The serpentine belt and tensioner was shot. At the end of the day I did buy the car as is, however it’s a good practice to let a customer know all the issues the car has when you sell it to them. I was very unhappy with this experience.

  • Nay my sales person and his mangers was very helpful and helped and even stayed late to help me get off the lot with my new 2015 jeep grand Cherokee. Best service and even made my time there fun and entertaining!! I definitely recommend nay for anyone looking for a car!!

  • ⭐ 1 Star – Regret This Purchase Every Day I honestly regret ever buying a vehicle from Carzlane. From day one, my girlfriend and I had problems with the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee we purchased. We were promised things would be fixed immediately, but that was a lie. Instead of having a reliable vehicle, we’ve dealt with nonstop stress, excuses, and breakdowns. Three months later, the Jeep is sitting in the shop with blown head gaskets. This vehicle never should have been sold in the condition it was in. What makes this even worse is the dishonesty. We were lied to about the inspection, lied to about repairs, and most disturbing of all, the odometer mileage was wrong. Finding that out was a gut punch and completely destroyed any trust we had. This purchase has cost us time, money, and peace of mind. It’s been emotionally draining and incredibly frustrating. If you’re thinking about buying from Carzlane, please learn from my mistake and be extremely careful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
