  • Very bad experience with this company. I left my van there for repair. Their employee Kostya accepted the vehicle and the owner was also there when Kostya confirmed everything with him. I kept asking when the van would be ready and they always told me “in 3 days”. Instead of 3 days, almost 2 months passed and nothing was repaired. Then the owner told me that I had to pay $1000. I asked if the van was repaired and he said no. I asked why I had to pay $1000 if the vehicle was not fixed. He said it was just because the van was staying at their place. When I asked to pick up my van, he told me he hid the vehicle and started blackmailing me saying that he would tell me where the van is only if I pay the money. I paid because I wanted to get my van back, even though he never explained what the payment was for. After I paid, he sent me the location. I found my van abandoned in a parking lot. Very unprofessional and dishonest business. I do not recommend this company.

  • Eric is a good dude and has been incredibly helpful from day one. Even months after I bought my car, he’s still just as helpful and willing to answer any questions I have. That kind of ongoing support is rare, and it really shows how much he cares about his customers. The entire experience at A CAR LOT INC was smooth, honest, and stress-free. If you want great service and someone who truly stands by you even after the purchase, definitely go see Eric.

  • I signed an agreement to purchase a Sprinter van from this dealership and was fully committed to completing the deal. After signing and moving forward financially, the vehicle was delayed due to internal issues involving alarm removal and an EGR recall process. While waiting, I did what any responsible buyer would do — I requested consistent updates. Instead of clear communication and a firm delivery timeline, I received shifting explanations. Rather than resolving the delays or addressing any documentation concerns directly, the dealership chose to cancel the transaction entirely and then framed it as though it never reached “closing stage.” If proof of income was needed, that should have been communicated clearly and handled professionally — not used as justification after the fact. Internal operational issues are not the customer’s responsibility. Canceling a signed deal because a buyer expects transparency and follow-through is unacceptable. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I would not recommend doing business here.
