Very bad experience with this company. I left my van there for repair. Their employee Kostya accepted the vehicle and the owner was also there when Kostya confirmed everything with him. I kept asking when the van would be ready and they always told me “in 3 days”. Instead of 3 days, almost 2 months passed and nothing was repaired. Then the owner told me that I had to pay $1000. I asked if the van was repaired and he said no. I asked why I had to pay $1000 if the vehicle was not fixed. He said it was just because the van was staying at their place. When I asked to pick up my van, he told me he hid the vehicle and started blackmailing me saying that he would tell me where the van is only if I pay the money. I paid because I wanted to get my van back, even though he never explained what the payment was for. After I paid, he sent me the location. I found my van abandoned in a parking lot. Very unprofessional and dishonest business. I do not recommend this company.
I signed an agreement to purchase a Sprinter van from this dealership and was fully committed to completing the deal. After signing and moving forward financially, the vehicle was delayed due to internal issues involving alarm removal and an EGR recall process. While waiting, I did what any responsible buyer would do — I requested consistent updates. Instead of clear communication and a firm delivery timeline, I received shifting explanations. Rather than resolving the delays or addressing any documentation concerns directly, the dealership chose to cancel the transaction entirely and then framed it as though it never reached “closing stage.” If proof of income was needed, that should have been communicated clearly and handled professionally — not used as justification after the fact. Internal operational issues are not the customer’s responsibility. Canceling a signed deal because a buyer expects transparency and follow-through is unacceptable. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I would not recommend doing business here.
I purchased my Sprinter from Eric almost a year ago. I live on the West Coast and could have easily purchased a Sprinter locally. The reason I made the trip to purchase my van from Eric is because of the service before and after the sale. Out here I couldn’t even get Mercedes to return a phone call. Being new to Sprinters I had lots of questions and he has always answered them and my endless phone calls. Even today I lean on Eric when I have a Sprinter question. He is very knowledgeable about his product and knows more than most service writers at Mercedes dealerships. Unlike the dealerships Eric stands by his product. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. Bellow is my baby road tripping back home.
