He actually listened to what I wanted, answered every question, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Jesse, the general manager, was also awesome super professional and welcoming and the finance guy was cool as hell and made that part smooth and painless.
