  • I have to say that I have had nothing but great experiences purchasing a car from you. From the willingness of allowing me to take my car to a mechanic for a full inspection, to you taking care of the paper work for the registration for the car and now sending the plates to me. Thanks again for such great service!

  • Japanese Auto Gallery has been helpful, thorough and very precise with any questions I had about purchasing my Car. I love my 2018 Jeep Compass Sport.... Awesome people 😎💯

  • Scam artists, also not registered with the B.A.R. I bought a van from them. I took it for a pre buy inspection and was told it needed new wheel bearings in both front wheels. As part of the deal we made an agreement that they would replace the bearings. They claim they replaced the entire assemblies which contain the bearings. Not true. Come to find out some time later from a reputable mechanic that they didn't replace the assemblies they claim to have. I asked them to provide paperwork for the parts they bought and installed on my van. They could not because these parts were never bought. There would surely be a record of the parts wherever they "bought" the parts, but again there isn't because they were never bought. There were no new parts on my van. Don't buy from them. Don't let them do any work on your vehicle as you will have to take them to court when their shotty work fails because the B.A.R. has no jurisdiction over them. At least for now. They aren't allowed to service vehicles without being registered. Even though their website will lead you to believe differently. Their "full service shop" consists of a lift out back on a patch of dirt and or gravel. Anyone who has had issues with them need to notify the B.A.R. and eventually they will have to take action against these scammers. Attached is one of the the texts where they lied about installing the parts and him saying that he would check for the paperwork with the place he bought the parts.
