SCAMMERS!!! Do not buy a car here!!! I bought a car for my son and it was full of problems, after 5 months, his $10k car was sold for $2,500 because we couldn’t keep up with all the issues, everything went wrong, when I was told the transmission needed to be replaced and it would cost around $8k I gave up. Don’t waste your money, get a reliable car from a reputable dealer. Now you say you can "help me" but everytime I reachead out to you (a week after the purchase being the 1st time) because all the issues the car had, you were VERY CLEAR telling me I purchased the car "AS IS" so don't even try to play that card now saying you would be happy to help, you sell the car and forget about the customer, that's the sad reality.
Very good experience for the most part with this company to purchase a used 2012 Ford F150 supercrew 4x4. Mauricio was very attentive to my needs and patient as I slowly decided on what I wanted for my used car purchase. He was avaliable to answer all questions as dumb as they may seem and I highly recommend using this dealer for a used truck. It was a bit of a hassle when I had to figure out a way to get 2 hours away to pick up this fabulous truck and it being a govt vehicle before me, there are so alterations to the vehicle like no back seats but that's OK.. I love my truck!
They sold me a car that had transmission problems and oil leaks I don't know how they passed the inspection, they never answered me as such and said they would sell it and give me my part and I'm going to be a year waiting for the money, the car never worked and I lost almost all the loan money I used to get it out, I'm still waiting for an answer
