  • Was looking for a clean, well-equipped SUV and contacted Julian at Imperium thru Autotrader. He responded promptly and gave me all the info I needed (the car build info, carfac report and out the door price). No pressure or “can you come in today?” nonsense you might expect buying a car (used or new). Price was quite good and the car was very well equipped, in good condition, well maintained and no issues. I drove up (I live 2.5 hrs away) on Monday to check it out and was pleasantly surprised by the car and the no pressure service. Julian gave me plenty of time to look over the car on my own and even let me test drive it alone as long as I liked. Everything was running smoothly and as expected. It was given to them without a 2nd key (which isn’t uncommon in my experience) but he was nice enough to split the cost with me when I get one made. He even put it in the contract without me saying a word. Honestly this is the best experience I’ve had buying a car, new or used, and I’ve owned many. Quick and easy, zero stress. Drove 2.5 hrs home with zero problems whatsoever. Super pleased with the deal. While it’s not a fancy car lot, I’d rather get a good car and deal than pay for all that decorative stuff that adds no value. You won’t be disappointed. Julian ROCKS!! 😎🌴
