  I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach purchasing my new 2026 Honda Accord Sport-L. Nguyen Bui was extremely easy to work with and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. We completed most of the pricing and deal communication through text message, which was my preferred way to communicate. Nguyen was clear, direct, and transparent with the information — no pressure and no unnecessary back-and-forth. He understood my budget and respected it. While he shared the different options and add-ons available, I never felt pressured into purchasing anything extra. When I arrived at the dealership, the process was smooth and efficient. I mainly just needed to sign the finance documents and pick up my vehicle. The Finance Department also provided the same level of professionalism and customer service. Bashar was great to work with as well. Overall, the entire process felt easy, honest, and stress-free. I definitely recommend asking for Nguyen if you’re looking for a smooth car-buying experience.

  No reason to go anywhere else! We walked into Norm Reeves Honda Superstore of Huntington Beach as our first stop on a three dealership tour around Orange County we planned. Right off the bat as we finished getting out of our car we were sweetly approached by Leo who was checking on us more than trying to poach us for a sale. We found out later he was actually supposed to be off just then, but stayed to make sure we left with everything we wanted and needed. He listened to everything we wanted and looked until he found us everything we were looking for and more. It hadn't even been put out on the lot yet. We had no problem waiting for them to finish detailing it. We were over the moon to find something so perfect for us and for the right price. He was a genuine joy to go through the experience start to finish with, and I would recommend him to anyone I meet. He stayed all the way until after closing and never made us feel uncomfortable with our tired, hungry, unruly toddlers through it all. That alone was worth the sale when you have autistic kids. People are not always so patient or kind. We had to take turns running in and out to sign papers so the kids could relax in the car and they accommodated us the whole way. We are thankful for every person we encountered while we were there. It was an amazing experience I can't wait to have again when we purchase our next vehicle. They have made us customers for life with the service they provided and the above and beyond work by Leo ❤️
