I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach purchasing my new 2026 Honda Accord Sport-L. Nguyen Bui was extremely easy to work with and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. We completed most of the pricing and deal communication through text message, which was my preferred way to communicate. Nguyen was clear, direct, and transparent with the information — no pressure and no unnecessary back-and-forth. He understood my budget and respected it. While he shared the different options and add-ons available, I never felt pressured into purchasing anything extra. When I arrived at the dealership, the process was smooth and efficient. I mainly just needed to sign the finance documents and pick up my vehicle. The Finance Department also provided the same level of professionalism and customer service. Bashar was great to work with as well. Overall, the entire process felt easy, honest, and stress-free. I definitely recommend asking for Nguyen if you’re looking for a smooth car-buying experience.
Have a car to sell or trade? They pay top dollar and are so incredibly easy to work with. Julia B. called me and walked me through the process. Inspection and paperwork took less than an hour. Very pleasant experience. Thank you 😊
Nguyen help me find the perfect NEW CR-V! He was dilligent in asking questions to ensure I got all the rebates from Honda I qualified for and his expertise in explaining the sales process allowed me to buy with confidence. I went to at least 7 other honda dealerships, and the service I recieved here at Norm Reeves HB was on another level! Thank you Nguyen, I couldn't be happier with my new car!
