I can’t say enough good things about Natalia and the level of service she provided. From the very first conversation, she was incredibly responsive, transparent, and genuinely on top of everything. Our water heater stopped working unexpectedly, and what could have been a stressful situation ended up being remarkably smooth because of her. Natalia communicated clearly every step of the way, kept us updated, explained our options without any pressure, and was completely upfront about pricing. What stood out most was how much she cared about making sure everything was handled properly and that we felt comfortable with the process. Even when something unexpected came up, she handled it with professionalism, fairness, and integrity. It’s rare to find this level of communication and customer care, especially when dealing with an urgent home repair. Natalia made us feel like we were in very good hands from beginning to end. The work turned out great, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Absolutely five stars. I would recommend Natalia and her team without hesitation and will absolutely call them again in the future.
I mean what can I say I had an excellent experience with On Call Water Heaters. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I needed a fast water heater replacement, and they were able to provide same-day service, which was a lifesaver. The technician explained all my options clearly, including energy-efficient upgrades and tankless water heater installation. The installation was clean and smooth, up to code, and done with attention to detail. You can tell they specialize in water heater repair and installation because everything was done right the first time. To boot- they’re honest. No upsells, no surprises—just straightforward, reliable service. If you’re looking for a licensed plumber for water heater repair, tankless water heater installation, or emergency hot water service, I highly recommend On Call Water Heaters. Great service, fast response, and high-quality workmanship. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing or water heater needs.
Our water heater was leaking and it was an emergency. Thankfully she was quick to respond to my inquiry and her team was able to install a new water heater in no time for affordable price. Highly recommend.
