Our water heater died overnight. Woke up to a shower of cold water only on a Sunday. You know the feeling. Called Natalia at On Call Water Heaters because they came through 5 years ago and nothing has changed. Quick reply, quote of a very fair price and switched out the old for the new in hours from the call. A very important point worth mentioning. The 13 year old failed water heater was a 75 gallon capacity. Natalia asked for information about our household usage, sq ft, number of bathrooms etc. With her experience and knowledge she recommended a 50 gal at a much lower price overall and confident it would be more than efficient enough for our needs. 100% correct.
