Very fair exchange for a reliable and clean vehicle that I’m traveling in all the country. Checked out a couple different options but settled in on the VW in just one day and completed the transaction. Would recommend and work with them again in the future.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased a vehicle from Central Motor Company in good faith. Just one week later, the transmission failed, leaving me facing a repair costing thousands of dollars. I contacted the dealership hoping they would stand behind the vehicle or at least work with me toward a solution. Instead, they declined any assistance and pointed to the “as-is” paperwork. I understand what “as-is” means, but I also believe customers should know how a dealership responds when a major mechanical failure occurs almost immediately after a purchase. I was disappointed that there was no willingness to help resolve the situation. I encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to have any vehicle thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic and to understand that if a major issue arises shortly after purchase, you may be on your own.
