My experience with this dealer was very disappointing. I purchased a 2021 Ford Transit with 72-month financing, put $2,000 down, and from the beginning there was a lack of clarity in the numbers. Initially, I was told my monthly payment would be around $522, then I was presented with documents showing $546, and after I refused, it suddenly changed to $512. These inconsistencies create distrust and reflect a lack of transparency in the process. In particular, Mr. Leo, who I understand is one of the managers, handled the numbers in a way that did not seem clear to me. During the final calculation, approximately $3,125 was added for a supposed vehicle coverage service, which was not properly explained in terms of conditions or actual benefits. After I rejected that charge, it was broken down and partially replaced with another charge, including about $1,495 for a “key insurance,” which I also did not agree with. I was then told there was nothing else that could be done, which reflects a lack of flexibility and transparency. To make matters worse, they committed to fixing some visible issues on the van, but that never happened. After signing the contract, it became clear that they were avoiding those commitments and responsibilities. The vehicle also had brake issues almost immediately after purchase, which is unacceptable for a vehicle coming from a dealer. When I reported it, I was told that “these are auction cars and they have defects,” which does not justify selling a vehicle with problems without clearly explaining them beforehand. As an additional example, the vehicle has mismatched side mirrors (one on each side from a different model). Mr. Leo promised to replace it and even said they could take the part from another van on the lot, but that commitment has not been fulfilled. These are issues that could have been easily resolved, but the most frustrating part is the lack of seriousness. I was asked to bring the van in today (Monday) to fix everything, and nothing was done. It felt like a waste of my time. The van came back the same or worse, and the only thing they did was an alignment, claiming the brakes were “fine,” when clearly they are not. In my experience, there was a clear lack of transparency and professionalism throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend that future buyers carefully review everything, ask for detailed explanations of all charges, and do not rely on verbal promises. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not do business here again. —————————————————————————————-
“Great experience with Car Factory! The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, helped me find a good vehicle within my budget, and made the financing process smooth and easy. The car was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Car Factory to anyone looking for a reliable car and excellent customer service.”
I visited this dealership about three or four days ago, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, I had scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived, the salesperson who assisted me seemed very unprofessional. He was poorly dressed, his English communication skills were very limited, and there was a strong smell of marijuana, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When I asked about the specific vehicle I had scheduled to see, I was told that they needed to “confirm” my appointment—even though it had already been confirmed. Then he mentioned that the car was actually stored in Miami, not in West Palm as I was originally told. Despite that, I decided to look at other options on the lot and found one I liked. However, once we got to the numbers, everything became chaotic. The advertised price for the 2025 Kia was $20,690, which seemed reasonable, but they added several unexpected fees: $1,995, and $3,495 — totaling $6,386+ in dealer fees. On top of that, they included GAP insurance, an extended warranty, and a maintenance plan that I never requested. I left feeling deceived and taken advantage of. To make matters worse, they sent my credit application to multiple lenders without my clear consent. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly do not recommend this dealership. They take advantage of honest, hardworking people, and that is completely unacceptable.
