  • I visited this dealership about three or four days ago, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, I had scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived, the salesperson who assisted me seemed very unprofessional. He was poorly dressed, his English communication skills were very limited, and there was a strong smell of marijuana, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When I asked about the specific vehicle I had scheduled to see, I was told that they needed to “confirm” my appointment—even though it had already been confirmed. Then he mentioned that the car was actually stored in Miami, not in West Palm as I was originally told. Despite that, I decided to look at other options on the lot and found one I liked. However, once we got to the numbers, everything became chaotic. The advertised price for the 2025 Kia was $20,690, which seemed reasonable, but they added several unexpected fees: $1,995, and $3,495 — totaling $6,386+ in dealer fees. On top of that, they included GAP insurance, an extended warranty, and a maintenance plan that I never requested. I left feeling deceived and taken advantage of. To make matters worse, they sent my credit application to multiple lenders without my clear consent. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly do not recommend this dealership. They take advantage of honest, hardworking people, and that is completely unacceptable.

  • I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Car Factory. I drove a significant distance south specifically to see a van they had advertised online. Before making the trip, I called ahead and made an appointment about this exact van to confirm it was available. When I arrived, they suddenly didn’t have the vehicle, even though it was the entire reason for my visit. To make matters worse, they immediately tried to pull a classic bait-and-switch by pushing a different van instead. When they finally brought it around, it wasn’t even what they had described during their sales pitch. It felt like a deliberate attempt to lure me in with a listing just to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. What makes this even worse is that this didn’t just happen once — it happened to me twice on two separate occasions. Both times I called ahead, confirmed the van was there, made the drive, and both times the vehicle was suddenly “not available” when I showed up. This place has zero respect for a customer’s time and operates with zero transparency. If you value honesty and straightforward dealing, stay away. Total waste of a drive and a huge headache.

  • Juan Carlos helped us out and we found it to be a very pleasant experience. We were upside down on our previous car purchase and they helped us find an option worth the money we were paying monthly to finance. We drove away in a car that was reasonably priced and felt good about fact that the price included gap insurance as well as a warranty. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking who’s in the market and doesn’t want to overpay for wire down used vehicles. The supporting staff was wonderful, they played with our 2 year old while my wife and I discussed the purchase and signed paperwork. Leonardo, the store manager was also great and accommodating when it came time to make the numbers work in our favor. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.
