Communication was great the entire time—he kept me updated and answered all my questions. The process was quick and easy, and I truly felt taken care of.   • I would give them 1 star if I could . We should have known when we were in the process of signing the documents and another buyer came in super mad about how they haven’t Gaven their car back and they are still making payments and they haven’t Gaven them a call back In months . When we left With the car problems started right away .The car kept turning off in the middle of the freeway in Henderson and when I told them about it ( mind you this is my primary vehicle ) they kept saying they were booked and they weren’t sure when they could fix it and that I had to drop it off when initially before getting the car I asked them what was their protocol if something was to show up on the car before the 30 days was up and they told me they would fix it and get it in and out their shop WRONG ! They even told me that “ they had no waiting area so i couldn’t wait for the car to get done . When I went in person after of course they completely changed on me . They originally sold me the car at 7 grand and they told me in order to get my car back from after repairs we have to pay them 10 grand to a car we just paid 1,500 down payment for and then they won’t give me my vehicle back ? When I went back the whole show/performance was out the window the cars sales man even acted like he didn’t know me at all when I’ve been coming back since I GOT THE CAR. They will talk to you and make everything sound good just to get the sale but In the end this entire place is a scam . Then when I went to see about the dealership next door ( SINCE THEY DIDNT GIVE ME THE CAR BACK) they told me that 99% of their customers all come in and say the same thing about this dealership. DONT GO HERE . THEY ARE SCAMMERS
