Bought this gorgeous genesis coupe. Jay the owner helped us out with the whole process. Any issues we noticed with the car they inspected and fixed up. The end process went a lot faster because he had started up the paperwork for us ahead of time. Just make sure when you call to check on your car to ask for him.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I spent around $250 on a pre-purchase inspection, which I paid for out of my own pocket, only to be met with poor communication and a lack of urgency or interest in actually selling the car.
After investing both time and money, I expected basic professionalism and follow-up, but instead it felt like I was chasing them every step of the way. If a customer is serious enough to pay for an inspection, that should show clear intent to buy. Unfortunately, that effort was not respected. I should've trusted my gut with the bad reviews I saw on here, but I was trying to be optimistic.
I would not recommend this dealership if you value clear communication or a smooth buying process.

Went to get a car…. Left without a car. Salesman is not a very good salesman. I don’t remember his name. Looked at a Honda I wanted, newer, just what I wanted. Right off the bat I notice scratches that weren’t there in the pictures, and the bumper reflective light was uneven as if it had been hit which also wasn’t in the picture. I didn’t expect perfect, it is a used car, but that is false advertisement. I went for a test drive, the AC was hot. No cold air whatsoever. I have a baby, I need a car with working AC. That was also a dealbreaker. The car was $18,000 with no AC and scratches with a messed up bumper. No thank you. I was still willing to work with them. But they wouldn’t lower the price, nothing. Wanted a down payment. I had a co-signer with a great credit score and my payment was still $500 a month for a USED car. They checked with another bank, $420 a month but still would not negotiate it lower. I wanted to trade in my older car that still had money on it, and I was prepared for the negative equity, however the salesman immediately shut it down and said “no bank would loan me on top of a trade in” which is complete bull. If I went to an official dealership they would have taken my trade in. No doubt. I also tried to lower the monthly payment since it is an older car with scratches and no AC and with a lot of miles but the guy told me “I wasn’t going to get a low payment like my current car” which was obvious. I knew I wasn’t going to get it as low as my current car but I know it should’ve been way lower than $500 a month. I wanted to give this dealership a chance, small business you know, but now I know it was a mistake. Car was extremely overpriced, with cosmetic defects, high miles for the price and the monthly payment was close to that of my husband’s car which is a 2025. This was a 2019 car. I tried to work with these people but they have made it impossible. That car has been sitting there for 6 months. No wonder the AC doesn’t work. They obviously don’t care enough to actually sell the car because the salesman put absolutely no effort into selling it to me. It’ll just continue to sit there. If someone actually manages to get it with this difficult salesman, then good luck with the no AC and cosmetic defects that are NOT in the photos!
