  Bought this gorgeous genesis coupe. Jay the owner helped us out with the whole process. Any issues we noticed with the car they inspected and fixed up. The end process went a lot faster because he had started up the paperwork for us ahead of time. Just make sure when you call to check on your car to ask for him.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I spent around $250 on a pre-purchase inspection, which I paid for out of my own pocket, only to be met with poor communication and a lack of urgency or interest in actually selling the car. After investing both time and money, I expected basic professionalism and follow-up, but instead it felt like I was chasing them every step of the way. If a customer is serious enough to pay for an inspection, that should show clear intent to buy. Unfortunately, that effort was not respected. I should've trusted my gut with the bad reviews I saw on here, but I was trying to be optimistic. I would not recommend this dealership if you value clear communication or a smooth buying process.
