  • Maria was my sale rep and she was AMAZING! Took my call, answered my concerns, tested the Bosh Induction unit, provided me extended warranty options. Smooth transactions and would buy again.

  • Products do not work. You spend so much money here for things that dont work. The way they handle customers after they get your money is unbelievable. Instead of helping, the owner gave excuses, dodged responsibility, and acted like the problem was somehow my fault. Honestly, the whole experience felt shady from start to finish.

  • After buying an appliance from this store, The product stopped working almost immediately, and getting help afterward was a nightmare. The owner was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in making a sale than standing behind the products being sold. In my opinion, this business operates dishonestly. I feel like I was sold a defective appliance and then ignored when I tried to resolve the issue. I wasted my money, time, and energy dealing with this place. I would strongly recommend that people be very careful before purchasing anything here.
