We are a small operation catering to the greater Los Angeles basin and are committed to passing on great deals for brand new furniture for significant discounts off of what it would sell for through any online retailer (even at its discounted price). We get great deals because of our relationship with the warehouse that, in turn, have connections with major online retailers. We are able to sort through their daily delivery of items that have been refused, returned or non-delivered for any slight reason, assess its condition and only cherry pick the best pieces for sale through our site. While our quality control is strict, sometimes pieces fall through that are not apparent and while we are committed to our quality inspection, we hope that you understand, some items get through and can cause some inconvenience. We are committed to correct any deficiencies either by replacing, refunding, or repairing any problems.
