  I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from out of state. I wired the funds, flew in to pick it up, and drove it back to Florida without any issues. The entire process was seamless and exactly as described. Upon arrival, the vehicle was detailed and ready, and they even laminated the temporary tag, which was a thoughtful touch. The team was professional, friendly, and well-organized. The paperwork took only about 20 minutes to complete, and I was on the road shortly after. Matt Crum was my salesperson and was outstanding from start to finish. He was responsive, transparent, and ensured everything was prepared ahead of my arrival. He made what could have been a complicated out-of-state transaction feel simple and stress-free. Overall, a stand-up group of professionals.   Have been trying to buy a vehicle for nearly two weeks. I went and test drove and told the salesman Matt i was interested and left some information as the owner was not around. About a week later still no call back. I called back talked to Charlie, said i was still interested. This was on a Tuesday morning, i had asked if the deal could be done by EOW and Charlie said yea no problem, fill out the finance form online and we’ll make this happen. Still no one has returned a call. I’ve heard good things about this place overall, maybe just bad luck. All well
