  It first started with, What truck do I get and can afford? Then I went to the Car Pro Jerry Reynolds. Then Jerry sent me to RJ who manages Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford in Carrolton. It’s like taking a first-class flight to Dubai is the only way I can describe it. (Obviously something I am not accustomed to.) Yet, the service from RJ, Terry, and Luis was exceptional. Ask for these 3 from start to closing w finance and you will thank me. Eat fresh cookies while they set up your license plates, toll sticker, and phone synching to your vehicle. - Pastor Troy DeFeo

  The Ford name is 5-star, but unfortunately, the service I received was not. I ordered a device from Ford.com for pickup at a local dealer. When I arrived, I had to speak with multiple people before finally being directed to the right person. Instead of simply asking for my order number, this person began asking unrelated questions, which felt unprofessional and inefficient. This process could have easily been handled more smoothly by someone else. I understand there may not be a strong incentive for dealers to prioritize these pickups, but Ford should really consider implementing a better, more streamlined system for online order pickups.
