  I recently bought a used truck from here and I love it. There is one minor issues but overall I’ve been completely satisfied with my purchase. Bruce was patience and Henry Tru paid very close attention to detail and did everything he could to meet my needs. Both were a great help throughout this entire process.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased a **2026 Ford Expedition** from **Sam Pack's Five Star Ford**, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we've ever had. Our salesman, **Isaac Butler**, is new to the dealership (only about a month in), but you would never know it by the way he treated us. He was patient, professional, and never once made us feel pressured. We spent quite a bit of time comparing offers from several dealerships to make sure we were getting the best value, and Isaac never rushed us or tried to push us into making a decision. He was always quick to respond, answered every question we had, and made the entire process easy. We also had the pleasure of working with **Iliana Davila**, who was helping Isaac throughout the process. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and just as easy to work with. What's even more impressive is that **we handled almost the entire purchase through text messages and phone calls**, and they made everything seamless from start to finish.
