  • This was our third vehicle to purchase with Sam Pack Ford. We drive an hour (past a handful of other Ford dealerships) to work with David Baldovin. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond in communication through every transaction. With our most recent purchase of the redesigned Expedition, we had a challenging time finding exactly what we were looking for. David walked us through creating a custom order for the perfect model. He reached out regularly with updates through the building and shipping process, and worked with the transport team directly to get it in ahead of schedule. When we drove out to pick it up, he was ready and waiting to expedite the trade-in and purchase process. I valued our trade at a couple other dealerships and was impressed that Sam Pack valued it well over the other trade offers I received. The whole process was smooth and I got to drive away in a beautiful custom designed Expedition at the end of it. 5/5 stars…highly recommend calling David Baldovin at Sam Pack for your next vehicle purchase!

  • The Ford name is 5-star, but unfortunately, the service I received was not. I ordered a device from Ford.com for pickup at a local dealer. When I arrived, I had to speak with multiple people before finally being directed to the right person. Instead of simply asking for my order number, this person began asking unrelated questions, which felt unprofessional and inefficient. This process could have easily been handled more smoothly by someone else. I understand there may not be a strong incentive for dealers to prioritize these pickups, but Ford should really consider implementing a better, more streamlined system for online order pickups.

  • Picked up my brand new f150, they knew I was coming as I had scheduled my pick up after doing all the paperwork ahead of time. Vehicle was dirty inside, not gassed up, they lost a key to it. Very disappointing that they failed to achieve the bare minimum when it comes to new vehicle delivery. Update Ruben reached out to me and got me a loaner truck while they get things right on the truck. Shout out to Eric in the service dept the driver window wasn’t working right after pickup and he got it in and fixed in under an hour. Will post final review when I receive my truck and can perform a final inspection. Final update. Horrible experience. My window is still broken when I got the vehicle back from its second “detail” took vehicle in Tuesday, just got here to pick it up and now the parking sensor won’t stop going off. Did they test drive it? Do I have faith in this dealer anymore? Not really as it seems to be a blame game and an apology party. Very disappointing that the car I bought has been in the dealerships hands more than mine due to fixing stuff that should have been done before I got the vehicle
