  • Carlos was the person who helped me significantly during the process of purchasing my new car. He was invaluable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to explain all the features of the vehicle, including the infotainment system and safety features, He was a very nice guy who answered all my questions thoroughly and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. However, I now need to update my review. Since I haven't had the car for a week, I have found myself repeatedly going back and forth to the dealership trying to resolve an issue with my car. Due to these multiple trips, I’ve had to arrange for Uber rides at my own expense, leaving the car there to be inspected, which has been frustrating. I am upset because I didn't have the funds to keep making these trips, and all I received was a promise that they would credit my account, which I don’t believe will solve the problem. Because they should have paid me back my money. NOT credit my account As a result, I am no longer pleased with the service. I feel frustrated and disappointed, especially after spending over $180 on Uber for work and coming back and forth to the shop, and multiple visits in less than a week of having the car. Is still a good car I just wish I didnt have to keep coming here so much, for a problem that I think should have been fixed before the sale on the truck. !!!.
