  • Be very careful when coming to this place to purchase a used car. You would think you’re purchasing a car that doesn’t need any maintenance or any repairs but sadly I did. Within a week of me having my 2014 BMW I started having issues with the vehicle, my head light went out, the back seat center light from above fell down and be hanging when I’m driving, the door handle on the side of the car started melting due to the sun and when I expressed this to Vernon I was told there’s nothing they can do about it, it’s a manufacturer issue. Also my battery stopped charging on my car and eventually before it got to 30 days of me having the vehicle my belt on my car broke, which left me stranded until someone came to tow my car. When I expressed this to the people after the car broke down in hopes of switching out the car or getting a refund, they didn’t really wanna give me another car but instead the offered me a 1800 credit to start towards a new car if I wanted one. So yes they wasn’t gonna just let me switch cars after I spent 4,000 on it. They told me I would still have to make a down payment which is crazy because I didn’t even have the car for 30 days and it broke down. They told me that when they sold me the car nothing was wrong it with so whatever issues I’m having with the car is now my problem unless it’s covered in your warranty. I would be extremely careful with this place. My salesman Vernon told me the day that I purchased my car that I should get a oil change and the time I didn’t think it was sketchy but now I realized that than I shouldn’t of had to invest in getting in a oil when the car should’ve been properly serviced from the beginning. I’m just warning yall BE CAREFUL because once you sign those papers it’s a done deal. Not to mention after my car broke down from the belt they had no choice but to fix it but right after they fixed it. My check engine light came on and I notfity it to Vernon and sent over to him the diagnostic test from auto zone and he hasn’t gotten back with me about anything. They are gonna push you to make your payments on your car knowing the vehicles are bad. Once it paid off it’s out of there hands and they know that.. Be careful!

  • I would have to honestly say I had a good time purchasing a vehicle for the first time my representative Vernon was very helpful, very detailed and explained a lot of things to me about the vehicle I was purchasing before I decided to actually purchase the vehicle.
