  • Everything was great with this dealership until I paid for the car ! Once they had my money they stopped all customer service ! I was told they would properly clean my car for me as there were stains on the seats, sticky substances on both rear door panels and just overall dirty ! I was picking my car up in 8 days as I was out of town and they knew when I’d be there, reassured everything would be done on my arrival and to my suprise, nothing was done ! As I was in a hurry to leave I could wait the hour it would have taken them to clean the car and they showed no willingness to make it right ! Gas tank was also on E. I will never do business with this place again as all they care about is the sale, not the customer !!

  • The Service Department is not professional & doesn’t take your time into accountability. Was told the left headlamp assembly would take roughly 2 hours, only to have to turn a round half way down the street and take the vehicle back due to it not being calibrated after the replacement. (Warning lights going off). In about 15 minutes the 2 hr timeframe will move into 3hrs+. No more trips to their service department because it’s subpar.
