  I purchased a Altima Nissan from Keller's in 2020. About a month later I had drove out to Visalia and my car lost power while driving. I had to pull over and later came to find out it was the transmission. In 2023 we went to Keller's and they sold us a 2020 Pathfinder Platinum. Mileages were at 50 some thousand, which wasn't bad and it was very clean inside. Now one year & 3 months later I noticed there was something wrong with my Pathfinder. I called Keller's and they set me up to bring it in. While taking my car over to Keller's I had to pull over (from 10th & Fargo) 7 times and turn the car off and wait 5 minutes each time before it would run again. I told the lady at the desk I beleive it's the transmission. Well 2 days later we get the call that the transmission is bad. I was so upset because it wasn't just once it was twice that I experienced this. They told my husband it would have to be towed to Slema Nissan so I told them to tow it then. They later called me back and informed us that they would not be covering the tow fee. I asked about a car they can lend, that was a flat no! Moving foward, Selma was going to see if they had the tools to rebuild or if it needed a new transmission. I couldn't beleive it, four weeks later I get the call that they have to put in a new transmission that would cost us $8,000 to put in. I was furious, I told them absolutely NOT! Nissan told us when the car was serviced with kellers, everything was checked off the list except the transmission. That was very upsetting!! They had my car one week after the kids went on summer vacation and i got it back one week before they went back from vaction. I had to borrow my mother's car the whole time for work and her needing her car as well. Basically sharing her car with her. My husband had his own car but works out of town. This was all just a huge inconvenience that could've been avoided. After purchasing two cars @ Kellers, both with transmission problems and worse of all they showed no care when they told me they will not have my car towed and thats something so simple they could've done to get the process rolling smoothly. As smooth as they did when they made a sale.
