  Amazing experience at Honda of El Cajon. I took my car in because my bumper was damaged. Maura from the Collision Center took my case without an appointment and did everything she could to meet my repair requirements. My biggest concerns were replacing the damaged bumper with an OEM bumper, replacing all the smaller parts that were damaged or lost, ensuring the gaps between the new bumper and adjacent panels were perfect, and making sure the new bumper was flush with the surrounding surfaces. I was expecting a slight difference between the new paint on the bumper and the rest of my car, but I was impressed with the result. Upon receiving my repaired car, the new OEM bumper, the installation, the panel gaps, the flushness, the paint, and the replacement of smaller detail parts were all perfect and met my picky standards. I’m very happy with Maura and her team, and I will definitely recommend them. I’ve attached photos of the before and after. After getting my car repaired, I needed an oil change, and James always takes care of me. He ensures my maintenance is completed in a timely manner and provides frequent status updates. He also understands that customers don’t want to spend a lot of money, so he helps me use available coupons from the Honda of El Cajon website. When it comes to recommendations, he shares his experience and lets me know what’s critical to fix and what can wait, so I don’t have to handle everything in one visit and strain my budget. I really appreciate his honesty in explaining what needs immediate attention and what can be postponed. Overall, I love Honda of El Cajon, which is why I continue going to this location for both collision repairs and maintenance.
