  • I had a great experience buying a car from Edwin at Quality Used Cars. I got a fair deal on a 2017 Civic. I did not notice it on the test drive, but on the way home and the next day I felt slight hesitation while accelerating at low speed. I called Edwin and told him I thought the CVT transmission was slipping and it needed the transmission fluid changed. I brought it in the next day, and he had the transmission fluid changed. This did not fix the hesitation. After a bit of trouble shooting his technician changed the spark plugs and coils. This fixed the issue. Edwin had this done at no cost to me, the vehicle was bought as is with no warranty and I had already paid in full for the car.

  • Sold me a bad car! I had it for exactly two months and check engine after the 2 weeks. Edwin was communicative and has been helping UNTIL two months in still check engine light on and car not even turning on! Edwin informed me that the battery was brand new and it ended up being a bad battery. Three different codes popping up still expected me to pay for the parts that needed replaced, yeah no! The mechanic that he has there is very pervy and shady would never communicate anything to me it would have to be directly to Edwin first. Edwin didn’t wanna help anymore and just kept referring me to other mechanics or website to get the parts. Please don’t come here, you want a reliable car it’s not here! 2 WEEKS CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON! 2 MONTHS CAR NOT EVEN TURNING ON!
