  Great experience buying a used truck (used dealership photo). I worked with Josh who was awesome listening and understanding exactly what I needed. And he was so good working out the details of trading in my two other trucks. I love the truck I bought and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a "quality" used vehicle. I also want to give a shoutout to the young lady working as the receptionist (sorry, don't remember her name). She was so friendly, well informed, and made sure everyone who came in was helped quickly. She gives the dealership a great first impression! I will definitely come to this dealership the next time I need a "new to me" vehicle!

  wn & couldn’t get the car to him) only to find out they wouldn’t take the car back because the transmission has been removed which is the only way we could get a full unbiased diagnostic which means we’d had to pay our mechanic for the labor and coolant leak he fixed we decided to not return it back to them because we cannot trust them. We haven’t even made a payment on this car yet and we’re forced to pay for the repairs and rental car while we wait for the parts and repairs by our mechanic shop. I’m extremely disappointed and disheartened as we really thought they would do their due diligence as a dealership with a mechanic & inspect their cars thoroughly. Should’ve known something wasn’t right since they sold us a car that needed an oil change which is an extremely simple job. Do not buy a vehicle from them without your own mechanic. Should’ve followed my gut when my husband opened the hood in front of their sales person and I saw smoke coming from a part of the engine but Cruz our sales person brushed off as the car having not being started after a while & Josh stating it wasn’t a big deal per his mechanic.   I worked with Cruz to purchase my 2014 Jeep Wrangler, and the service itself was smooth — I was in and out much faster than at a dealership. That said, I’ll be honest: the vehicle had clearly not been well maintained. I own and operate a mechanic shop, and upon inspection, I found that no prior maintenance had been done. I ended up putting about $2,000 into repairs and maintenance just to bring it up to standard and address several leaks. Additionally, they don’t wash the car or fill up the tank after purchase. For the amount of money spent, I would’ve expected at least a basic cleaning, a full tank of gas, and some attention to the vehicle’s upkeep before selling. They did put new tires … Because of these issues, I wouldn’t purchase from them again. I wouldn’t have returned the car but you would think a company would take care of the cars.
