  I stopped by yesterday to look at vehicles for my wife. I didn’t say much at the time, but after reflecting on the visit and reviewing things more closely, I left with serious concerns. The sales approach was unusually aggressive, and learning afterward that it was the owner made it even more concerning. Beyond that, I inspected three different vehicles, and each one had visible issues oil leaks, non-functioning components, and other mechanical red flags. For vehicles being actively marketed for sale, that’s not a small detail. Looking at your recent reviews, it’s hard not to notice that many of the five-star ratings appear to be coming from individuals tied directly to your dealership. The last several positive reviews align with people who are clearly associated with your staff including your salesperson. That’s not organic customer feedback. That’s reputation management from inside the business, and it undermines credibility. I don’t send messages like this lightly. But I also don’t ignore clear warning signs. You may want to seriously evaluate how your operation is being perceived. From an outside perspective, it doesn’t inspire confidence.
