  Here's my review about my experience with Star Ford in Glendale California. I contacted them for a Ford Raptor 2026 basic. They insisted that they can lease the car to me at sticker. Here's where they're bait and switch and deceptive practices come in the play. They said we have to add all these additional things on the car like a clear cord protection and all these other things that raise the price by roughly $3000 to $4,000. Plus when you try to lease the car they play with the money factor the MF which instead their base rate increases the margins and they make money on the back end. They wasting my time which is more valuable than anything else. I would never trust a dealership like this. They tell you one thing and they do another. They also mention the same thing for a Raptor with 37 package and go back on their word. I've bought over 50 vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Real review. Real experience and I typically never ride negative reviews, but this was such a waste of my time. I want to warn anybody else that has the opportunity to read this review by local buyer. I also attached a picture of the car that I believe I was going to be purchasing until they gave me the numbers on the car and that's how I figured out all the deceptive practices they were doing. Edited Review to Reply: They did not say that they will take out the extra charges. This is a lie. They said this is mandatory because they need a way of making money. They also again did an address the manipulation of the money Factor for the lease. They are just trying to reply to a review so it seems like they're doing something about it. But again, these are all lies.

  First things first, the AC and cleanliness is phenomenal at Star Ford and the staff are absolutely helpful and informative. I came in to service a couple of my cars and paired up with my man Christian. Straight to the point and clear. He made sure both my cars and I left even better than when we came in. No haggling or tactics just straight to the point. I track my mustang every so often so it was great having Chris take care of any maintenance needed as well as my wife’s Bronco. We just came back from a road trip and again having all the maintenance taken care of was the peace of mind we needed. Again thank you Christian and the rest of the team at Star Ford. Perhaps I’ll be back to upgrade the wife into something else!

  Branden provided my wife and I with exceptional service. We spent hours discussing options, getting creative with pricing and ended up driving off the lot with a better car than we wanted at a cheaper price then expected. Will be back should we decide to stay in the ford family.
