  First things first, the AC and cleanliness is phenomenal at Star Ford and the staff are absolutely helpful and informative. I came in to service a couple of my cars and paired up with my man Christian. Straight to the point and clear. He made sure both my cars and I left even better than when we came in. No haggling or tactics just straight to the point. I track my mustang every so often so it was great having Chris take care of any maintenance needed as well as my wife’s Bronco. We just came back from a road trip and again having all the maintenance taken care of was the peace of mind we needed. Again thank you Christian and the rest of the team at Star Ford. Perhaps I’ll be back to upgrade the wife into something else!

  Overall, I had a good experience. My salesman was a young guy and friendly, we had a nice chat. I bought a Gold Label or whatever the dealer called it cpo Ford Explorer ST. If you are buying a used car have it thoroughly checked, the car I bought is in good condition but needed new tires and an alignment the same week I bought it. There is so much traffic around where this dealership is located. I really didn't get a chance to get out and drive it at speed otherwise, I probably would have noticed the alignment problem. The tires are on me, I wanted the vehicle and bought it regardless. I asked for a discount on the price of the car for new tires and was denied, take it or leave it is what I was politely told. No hard feelings and I will be bringing my mustang in for service very soon. The dealership is very clean and very well kept. The other picture is the cabin air filter out of the Explorer I just bought, the engine air filter was just as dirty. As a gold label certified vehicle, I find this unacceptable. You would think during the vehicle inspection by the dealer, the first things to be done would be filters!

  My service advisor Nichole is polite professional and always shoots straight when it comes to the repairs I need on my Expedition. Star Ford is my new go to for service! Great job! I recommend Star Ford Service. Update: Nichole and the technicians at Star Ford service continue to provide excellent service. I especially appreciate the amount of detail they provided regarding repair I had… Including answering all my questions so that I better understood the repair needs of my Expedition. The service center seems to really care about its customers and I recommend Star Ford Service. Keep up the good work!
