I want to thank Sasha at Star Ford in Glendale for making my daughter’s car-buying experience such a positive one. She had wanted a Ford Bronco for a long time, so this was a very exciting purchase for her. We visited the dealership more than once while she was deciding on the right model, and Sasha was consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When she chose the Bronco Badlands, Sasha made the process straightforward from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, helped us feel comfortable with the purchase, and worked with us to get a very good deal. I had an amazing experience at Star Ford with Chris M as my Sales Consultant. He was professional, honest, friendly, attentive and I could not be happier with the entire team. I absolutely love my new Ford F150 Lightning Flash. It’s so awesome and I owe it to Chris for helping me decide on what was best for me and my commuting situation, dovetailing in gas savings, service costs and cost of ownership. I stopped by Star Ford just to have a look around. I was greeted by someone quickly and asked if I needed anything - no pressure - and I said I would like to speak with someone who could tell me about the F150 Lightnings. I was introduced to my eventual sales consultant - Christopher M. Chris was nice, professional, not a smarmy type, listened well, had all the answers to my questions. In fact, he also had a Lightning so could speak to his experience as well as the vehicle. As a 56 year old who has bought several cars over the years, I can honestly say the experience working with Christopher has been by far the best of all. No nonsense, or pushy, fact based conversation and he really knows his stuff. People do business with people they like and I would say if there is anyone out there who is looking for a great experience and no pressure, go see Chris. I'm so glad he and I were able to make a deal happen. Amazing and very pleased.
