  Amazing experience! From start to finish, Superstar Motors and their staff acted with honesty, integrity and (for lack of a better word) a caring heart. This is 1000% an honest review by a real person.. Gary, the salesman I worked with (awesome guy, tons of life experience, mature, not chasing the dollar like all the young bucks running after your money) called me after I showed interest in a car they advertised online. I explained to him my circumstances; im currently on disability, I have a very small down payment, I need to have a very low monthly payment due to my fixed income, and I need to trade in a car that I owe $6k on but its only valued at $1500. Gary assured me that he could work things out for me because of special programs they participate in and they have good relations with the banks. Of course I was skeptical because I've heard it before, as well as my situation with the negative equity on my trade in etc. Im super happy to say Gary and Superstar Motorz delivered!! Seriously! I originally went in trying to trade in my car as it is aged and not reliable (pos tbh) and just settle for something that was at least "better" than what I was trading in and would pay off my dying car. Having a reliable car was the main objective as I have health issues and drive somewhat long distances for treatment. This is where the "caring heart" part comes in.. After unsuccessfully trying to find me a favorable deal ( again, due to neg equity, small down, the need for low payments) Gary and his finance manager (i feel awful, but I can't remember his name, awesome guy as well) came to me explaining how, why, what they're doing to approach the situation for me. They actually listened to me, they listened to my situation ( single dad, cancer treatment etc) they cared! When I left the dealership, I drove away In a 2023 Nissan Altima, 19k miles, 10.99% financing. They took my trade in, absorbed the negative equity and gave me trade value equivalent to blue book. Again, they listened to my situation, they cared, they didnt stop until they found me an amazing deal! Honestly I, in no way believed I would come home with the amazing deal they got me, I truly believe that no one else would have worked so hard for MY favorable outcome as Gary and Superstar Motorz did. BTW, this was all accomplished with my credit score being under 640. I really appreciate what they did for me and I love my new car!
