  • I bought a 2015 Nissan Murano from Next Level Auto Motors LLC for about the same amount “$8700 cash” it now costs to replace the transmission. I was guaranteed the car had no problems. Within a few days (after longer drives) the car began jerking while driving. I took it back, explained the issue, and even suggested it might be engine mounts. They “checked” it and told me again nothing was wrong. The jerking continued. I paid $700+ out of pocket to replace the engine mounts and later changed the transmission fluid “$300”—no improvement. An independent shop then found a transmission service code, and ABC Nissan confirmed it and quoted nearly $9,000 to repair. When I informed the dealership again, they said they can’t do anything because it’s been 3–4 months, even though I reported the problem right away. They offered no help—no repair, no buyback, no cost-sharing—and instead blamed me for not getting a pre-purchase inspection after they assured me the car was good. As a single mom who paid cash, I’m now stuck with a car that needs a transmission costing what I paid for it. In my opinion, this feels like being scammed. I’m pursuing legal options. My advice: don’t buy here, and always get an independent inspection in writing before purchasing anywhere. Horrible experience with this car, horrible experience!!! Stay AWAY from this dealership, no remorse or empathy whatsoever from them.

  • I had such a great experience buying my new car! Michelle was absolutely amazing super patient, & made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this small family business!!

  • These guys sold us a 2016 Jeep Renegade with a transmission that was going out, bad struts, bad motor and transmission mounts, just not a good buy. We paid about 8k for it and had to pay more than 10k in repairs. I’m not sure if they knew that the car was bad but it was my daughter’s first car and they really let us down. Of course we didn’t bother to even say anything to them because we bought it “as is”. But jeez- what was supposed to be a nice thing for my teenager became a months long nightmare.
