  I had a great experience at Star Mazda! I came in looking for a specific car, and Israel was so gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. He even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was amazing and honest — which means a lot these days. Huge thanks to Israel and the whole team!

  No one likes buying a car. The process sucks usually. You know if you're a woman, it's going to stink even more, especially if you are alone and don't have a male with you to do the guy thing. My mom needed a car and was traumatized in the past from the car buying experience. This time around, I took charge. Told her to chill in the car and let me check it out, and I'll call her to come if or when it was looking like a yes. So I roll up, long day, mom outfit on, my son in his stroller, late in the day closer to 6:30pm and say to the men standing under the umbrella, who I'm sure were ready to leave "I'm here to buy a car today, so yeah no games". They brought out their young sales associate Christopher "Chris" Moraga. From the onset, Chris had a great vibe. Not pushy, not full of sleezy car salesman energy. He was mad chill. In fact, I asked him about his arm sleeve and made a comment like 'dag dude, they won't let you show your tattoos, that sucks'. To which his retort was 'no I can, but being I paid so much for it I don't want the sun to fade it'. It was from the moment, and him sharing with me his tattoo artist, I felt mad comfortable. I checked out two cars to the best of my ability with a 2 year old toddler. The second car, my son got quiet and wasn't fussy, I was feeling the car, knew my mom would, and told him this one. I got my mom, showed her the cheaper option, then the one I knew she'd love. Of course we wanted that one. She took it for a test drive with Chris around the block. Said to me yes and we went into the building to do the paperwork. My mom said, I liked his vibe Ci. If I didn't, we would have left we did from Acura 15 minutes prior. I told her totally, that's why I came and got you. Long story less long, we got the car. Picked it up the next day. Everything and everyone was wonderful. Chris was a lovely associate, and the team was all warm and welcoming. My son didn't cry at all in the 2hrs taking care of the paperwork, lol. My only negative is Chris dude, you knew the 2nd car key battery didn't work. You could have told us earlier or swapped out the battery before we picked it up. We went to Auto Zone for the battery, and they damaged the keyfob case. Other than that, keep your good energy. Oh, and we need the manual!   I had the absolute best experience working with Israel Espino. He was extremely thorough, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Israel took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step.
