  I did not expect this type of service coming from Star Mazda. We scheduled an appointment on Monday for today at 7:30am to get all of my tires replaced, get an alignment, and get an oil change. When we set the appointment, I asked how long it would take. On the phone, the employee said it would take two hours to two and a half hours tops. Great, I had to drive to work later in the day so it all works out. Well I get there today and the person helping me offers to get me a ride home because it'll be a few hours. I ask how many, because maybe they were a bit busier so I could understand one or two more hours. He responds with "Oh it should be done at around three or three thirty". I had to verbally spar with the employee to get it done sooner, and even then, my car wasn't ready until 12:20. I set this appointment days prior, why was I being pushed back? Anyway, he got me the ride home but I am not exaggerating when I say the driver's car smelled absolutely putrid. I had him drop me off early and walked the rest of the way home. I then picked up my car later in the day and everything was gravy. That is, until I noticed that all of the valve stem caps were missing from my brand new tires. Mind you, I didnt see this until I got to work because I was in a rush. So I call them up and repeatedly get sent to voicemail until a helpfull employee tells me that they can send a tech with my valve stem caps to me, he just has to forward me to the employee that was overseeing work on my car first. I get forwarded and this employee tells me that he has no one to send and that I have to come pick them up "whenever you can. You can come in tomorrow if you need to.". I just said "got it" and hung up because I was livid at that point. I still can't believe it.

  I purchased a new vehicle from Star Mazda yesterday and I have to say that it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! My sales consultant was Neil Napier and he was great to work with. He’s a really good listener and he helped find the vehicle that best fit my needs based upon the information that I gave him. I very much appreciated his professionalism and graciousness! When it came time to complete all of the necessary documentation, I worked with Alex Aslanian who got me through the process as quickly as possible. He was very thorough and explained to me in detail exactly what I was signing and why. He’s a great guy and was even kind enough to give me a much needed soccer tutorial for FIFA. I highly recommend Star Mazda and specifically Neil and Alex to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Mazda vehicle!

  We came in for service on our CX-5 , Arman Took great care of us as always. John reached out to us because he was interested in buying our car back. We then met with Israel who put together a fantastic deal and we are going home with a new CX 50 hybrid, which will hopefully save us some money on gas.. This is our 5th or 6th vehicle from Star Mazda and won’t be our last !
