  Please don’t go to this place .SAD customer service.I looked at the white 2022 Honda Accord on CarGurus .Had an interest in purchasing the vehicle so I drove across Houston just to check the vehicle out possibly test drive the vehicle,so I attempted to call them several times inquiring about the vehicle.When you call this place a answering machine comes on for you to identify who’s calling before they pick up the phone RED FLAG and I just ignored it.Finally after several times calling a person named Maballine she stated the vehicle was there.I decided to drive across Houston to take a look.When I arrived the lot was packed with vehicles.That particular car had at least three to five vehicles parked blocking the way making it difficult to test drive the car.So the guy that came out didn’t introduce himself a “tall Hispanic guy”.I started the vehicle and visually looked at it and was pleased.The only problem I had was the windshield was cracked.I asked the guy if I was to purchase can the windshield be repaired?Due to the fact that i wouldn’t pass inspection with the crack.He stated that the dealer will pass the inspection with the crack.Second RED FLAG ignored that as well.So I told the guy I was on the way to the bank to pick up the check for the 12,999 the asking price for the vehicle and I will be back.When I applied with my bank I was approved for 16,000 within a hour.After calling the dealer back to inform them I would like to purchase the vehicle .I asked if they would be willing to fix the windshield if I purchased it Maballine stated that she will give me a call within 30 min with a answer.The end of the day came and gone still didn’t get a call back.So this morning I attempted to call again of course like I said you have to identify yourself before they pick up.I did so no answer. So what dealer will turn down 12,999 plus tax tile and lisense just because you are so CHEAP you wouldn’t change out a windshield OMG just Sad but it’s all good .Ill bring my cash elsewhere!
