  I came in yesterday just looking to get an idea of the process for buying a car that I was highly interested in. After discussing numbers with Wilson, I decided to do more research but wasn’t able to find anything comparable to their final offer. I ended up coming back today and left with a 2019 Audi Q3 S Line all thanks to Wilson! He was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would recommend him to anyone that’s serious about buying a car!!

  On Sunday, my fiancé and I visited Certified Luxury Dealership because he was interested in trading in his car. We were greeted by Wilson Kim, and from the very beginning, he made the experience outstanding. I mentioned that I wanted to trade in my 2018 Honda CR-V, and without hesitation, he showed me several options. The first CR-V he showed was beautiful, but then he introduced me to a Honda CR-V Hybrid—and I was instantly excited. Wilson took the time to explain every feature in detail, as well as the trade-in process. I’ve purchased cars from dealerships before, but never had someone explain things so thoroughly. One thing that truly surprised me was learning that payments can be made bi-weekly—something I was never told after buying four Hondas from another dealership. That was a huge selling point for me. The deal was finalized smoothly, but I was concerned about how I’d get my new car since I arrived in my fiancé’s car. To my surprise, I was told my CR-V Hybrid would be delivered to my home. Even more impressive, on a rainy Wednesday, Wilson personally drove it to my house. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Wilson—you’re the best salesman I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend you to anyone looking for a car. I also want to thank Dimitri in Finance—he was excellent at explaining everything and made the process stress-free. And a big thank you to Vince, the Manager, who leads by example with kindness and respect.   Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading My experience at Certified Luxury Motors was unacceptable from the moment I walked in. I scheduled a 12:00 PM appointment to test drive a vehicle. I arrived on time and stood inside the dealership for nearly 40 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me. No greeting, no check-in, nothing. I eventually had to interrupt multiple salespeople in the middle of their conversations just to say I had an appointment and had been waiting. When I was finally assigned a salesperson, instead of being shown the car, I was immediately told to complete a credit pre-approval application requiring extensive personal and financial information. I explained that I only wanted to see and test drive the car first. I was then told — in a raised and dismissive tone — that I would not be allowed to test drive the vehicle unless I filled out the application. When I refused to provide sensitive information at that stage and asked for a manager, their story suddenly changed — and I was allowed to test drive the car without the application. So clearly, the earlier demand was just a pressure tactic. After the test drive, I returned to the showroom and waited another 15–20 minutes. Again, no one followed up, discussed pricing, or even asked about my experience. I simply walked out. To make matters worse, I watched multiple other customers enter, speak briefly with staff, and leave within minutes — likely due to the same disorganized and high-pressure environment. This dealership uses manipulative sales tactics, inconsistent policies, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior. I will never return, and I strongly advise others not to waste their time here.
