I appreciate how accommodating he was with my busy work schedule as I was making this big decision. I also liked that he explained all of my options with clarity and allowed space for questions. I am a very picky car buyer and he made this purchase smooth and easy for me. Even had the car carefully cleaned, smelling good, gassed up, and ready to go!

I usually wait about a month before I do a review on a purchase to see how the dealer treats a customer when the deal is closed. The purchase process was smooth, however, with extenuating family circumstances, I needed the vehicle delivered. It arrived missing 1 lug nut on each wheel. I ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer and was told I would be reimbursed. Since then, I've been ghosted. The engine air filters were not replaced nor was the in cabin air filter, seems like such a small detail but it shows a great lack of integrity in my opinion. Check your purchase carefully. I was told delivery would be at 3:30 in the afternoon but it ended up being after dark.

Great Dealership! All salespeople are very welcoming and the environment is nice too. If you’re looking for someone that’s going to go above and beyond to get you into your dream car, Alex G is that guy. He promised me I wouldn’t walk out without my dream car, he absolutely delivered on those words. Very straightforward and doesn’t sugar coat things, breaks down every single detail to make sure you’ll understand what you’re signing! Alex G is the man!

I had a good experience here with Alex G. The car I came home with is a Toyota Yaris. It drives well, looks good, and will hopefully last me years to come. The process of buying this Yaris was pretty smooth, just expect to be there for a good minute which is to be expected when buying cars. There was no rushing or pressuring me which I appreciated because I had a bad experience with one of their sister locations where they made me feel like my credit wasn't good & they took forever to give me the out the door price even when I was there in person! So, I reccomend speaking with Alex G here at California Motor Trade. He will explain things understandably & confidently.

I recently purchased a 2020 Ford Mustang GT and my honest opinion they were fantastic from the sales team to the finance manager. They made the impossible possible. Good APR and good monthly payments. They worked with me when nobody else could. It's my first time buying a vehicle and my first time using my credit so it was a little bit hard but they made it happen. Also, they pay attention to detail and their service department is phenomenal. I believe he works in service, His name is Christian Z. I needed to get a few things done to my vehicle before the 30 days was up and without hesitation he put new tires on my vehicle and let me pick the size that I actually wanted. He Did not hesitate. All in all amazing guy and amazing place to do business with I rate this dealership a 10 out of 10 they seriously care about their customers and they make the impossible possible. Please give them a try. You won't be let down and once again a shout out to the service guy Christian Z, thank you for the amazing service!
