Pair of Hand Painted Ken Edwards El Palomar Serving Trays

For sale are a pair of Ken Edwards El Palomar Serving Trays. These trays can be used as trivets, cheese plates, decorative accents, hors d'oeuvre plates, etc. Both trays are 100% lead-free and food safe. These are vintage, hand painted in Mexico, originally purchased back in the early 1980's in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Like new condition, no chips, no cracks, no finish concerns on both trays. We used them as decorative accents. The bottom of both trays are accompanied by the signature; K.E. for Ken Edwards himself, signing off on the final quality control. Ken Edwards is synonymous with the El Palomar Tonala pottery. His pottery is handmade and hand painted, using the traditional Tonala high-fire pottery technique with burnished glazes.
