Custom Barn Doors Our doors are made of solid Pine and have great character with different knots and grain patterns. Each door is a one of a kind piece and no two will ever be alike. Made in the USA with all US materials. To measure for your barn door measure the width and the height of the doorway. Add 4" to the width and 1" to the height to allow for adequate coverage on each side. (32"Wx84"H doorway would require a 36"Wx 85"H door) We specialize custom styles and sizes. If you find something online that you like, chances are we can build it for you!! Doors start at $550 for a 36"W door and vary based on size and style. Hardware is available at an additional cost. At Monty's Wood Shop we only use local lumber from a small family mill. From our shop in Lacey, all our pieces are custom built and finished to the customers specifications.
