This unit has been upgraded with integrated bun pan racks in the left and right sections designed specifically to slide half-size sheet pans (13" x 18") straight in. The center section remains wide open for bulk ingredient buckets, cheese boxes, or larger containers. Perfect setup for a bakery, cafe, pastry shop, or pizza prep line. Runs on standard 115V power. Heavy-duty casters included for easy moving. Had 2x lock hasps by previous owner but were removed and the hardware holes are still present. Runs great and gets cold quickly, holds temp very well.
