I had a great experience at Magic Phone Store. I don’t have the best credit, and they offered financing options that made it possible for me to get the phone I wanted. The financing works similarly to Progressive Leasing, so it’s important to understand that if you don’t pay it off within the promotional period, the total cost can become much higher. However, if you only finance what you know you can pay off within that timeframe, it can be a very helpful option for people who are working on rebuilding their credit.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and really listened to what I was looking for. I wanted a specific color phone, and they were able to get exactly what I wanted. They also ordered the phone ring I was looking for. On top of that, they accidentally gave me the wrong charger at first, but when I came back, they made it right and even gave me a second charger for free, which I really appreciated.

Another thing I liked is that their phones are unlocked, and they have a good selection of both new and used devices. Overall, I would highly recommend Magic Phone Store, especially for anyone who needs financing options while working to improve their credit

I was in a bind on vacation with a broken phone, and the gentleman jose really helped me out in an efficient matter, getting me the phone that I needed as a replacement, and even allowing me to set it up and spend thirty minutes of his time.  I highly recommend magic phone for any phone issues or replacement phones.  And also, they have a great supply of accessories.

I reached out to Magic Phone online because their ad showed an Apple Watch for $50. After contacting them, I learned that the real price wasn’t $50 at all in fact, the actual price wasn’t listed anywhere in the advertisement. Only the fine print mentioned financing.

This goes against basic advertising policies that the advertiser uses. require the true price to be displayed. The whole experience felt like a bait‑and‑switch. Be careful this business is sketchy. And doing shady deals.
