Honda HT3813 Tractor With Bagging Attachment

Tractor is in good condition including the deck, however currently the tractor will NOT start. The tractor has been regularly serviced and was in perfect running and working order until last week. There seems to be an electrical problem (safety alarm sounds when trying to start), fixing this issue is over my head. They don't make tractors like this anymore, the engine is often referred to a "mini civic" engine. Besides the electrical issue, the tractor is in great working order. Someone who is handy can fix the issue and have a wonderful working tractor for years to come. The Honda HT3813 is a highly durable, 13-horsepower lawn tractor. It is famously equipped with a unique, liquid-cooled, horizontally-mounted twin-cylinder engine that runs exceptionally quietly and smoothly.
