For the dog you thought had everything! :) This is an authentic and RARE VIP raincoat which (when you can find one) sells for about $200. Purchased from SAKS 5th Avenue Midtown Manhattan. I bought it for my dog, but it was too small for him. If you are interested, you should probably either bring your dog with you or have a good idea of his/her size beforehand. Either way, it is a very durable fabric. It includes a passthrough for a leash or harness.
