Description

Up for sale is an original watercolor painting titled Abandoned Ruin. It’s signed by G. J. Moody and dated 94. This is an amazing painting. The artist captures the weathering away of the ruins by fading the watercolor down to create the feeling that the ruin is being washed away by the elements. What an amazing paring of the natural elements and the characteristics of water color. Absolutely brilliant. The opening in the mat is 9 1/2” x 7 1/2”. It appears to have been professionally framed as the back is sealed with paper. The frame is about 14” x 12”. This is a beautiful piece that speaks for itself.
