For sale is a great and very rare 1921-S Morgan Silver Dollar graded and certified by PCGS as MS-65 which is an incredibly rare grade for this coin. 1921 was the final year of mintage for the Morgan Dollar after taking 17 years off from being minted, giving it a very unique story. The 1921 Morgans are as common as they come, and so are the D & S ones--in lower grades. But when the 1921-D & S Morgans get in AU & MS grades they are actually pretty scarce and much more valuable. And then the higher the grade goes their value increases exponentially. It is so rare for this coin to achieve MS-65 that PCGS has graded only 1,521 coins to this grade, and only a tiny 345 coins have been graded to a grade higher than MS-65--and that is out of 21.6 million coins! And like all Morgan Dollars, this coin is 90% silver. As you can see from the pics the coin is in awesome shape with some of the original mint shine and luster.
