The service dept was very helpful when I recently had a flat on the way to work requiring the tire be replaced. They sent a text about what was found and when car was ready. Also sent a shuttle to pick me up from work. Sales Mgr is a nice guy. I must say their service dept is much better than the  Sales Mgmnt.

Great staff! All super friendly and caring. Was there for 3 hours for an inspection, so updates would have been nice, but other than that it was great!

From sales to service this store definitely has a Great staff. Shannon in service makes sure my car performs at it's very best. Robert ,Kilo, Joe Salazar and the rest of the sales staff are just all around great guys. Thank you guys for the hospitality and always making me feel valued in your establishment!!!

My husband contacted a salesman there (can’t remember name yet) about the bad credit, $1 down deal and the salesman expressed greatly that they would be able to work a deal with us. We live 4 hours away (8 hour round trip)  so my husband did all in his power to make sure we had proper documentation sent over and tried to work as much as the deal as possible over the phone in case we couldn’t come to a final deal in the end. We can’t afford to waste a day off work and gas. He was told that the deal can’t be worked over the phone because the voucher was for in-person only. Okay fine.  The salesman reassured my husband that they would for sure be able to work a deal with us. So we made childcare plans, work arrangements, and hit the road. We had high hopes this deal would go through and we would leave with a reliable car but mostly importantly to us, a lower monthly payment as the one we have is eating us alive. All day we placed our hope on the salesman’s words that we could get this done.

We arrive and the original salesman, that my husband was talking to and  told us we could in fact do this trade in and this deal, immediately passed us off to another salesperson who passed us off a THIRD salesman after we had already sat down. Immediate red flag.

Before we were told any kind of deal or how they would be able to work it out, they had us drive two cars, which again gave us hope that wow this is going to happen. We get back and a FOURTH salesperson comes over and talks for a few minutes before getting to the points and telling us that yes, we are in fact approved for any car on the lot BUT we have to drop our trade in. Basically meaning leave with another car and payment!! We went for a cheaper payment, not a whole second vehicle.  Also while implying we could just repo our current car and still leave with one today because we were approved for any. While waiting for our keys everyone walked away to a managers office and hid. No offer for wasted gas or an honest apology for wasting valuable time.

Honesty goes a long way and this was anything but.
