Description

Up for sale is a beautiful, 100% authentic vintage late-1960s Swiss-made Wakmann automatic watch that functions correctly, runs well, and starts ticking smoothly upon movement. This classic mid-century timepiece features a stunningly clean original silver/champagne sunburst dial with applied stick markers, a date window at 3 o'clock, Incabloc shock protection, and a highly collectible vintage stainless steel "coffin link" bracelet with all links included. Visually, the watch is in very good vintage condition with honest signs of wear consistent with its age; the signed Wakmann movement is exceptionally clean with no corrosion, the case back shows only light hairline scratches, and the original acrylic crystal has a few faint surface scuffs that can easily be polished out.
