I don’t know how they have 4.7 ratings unless they have fake ratings mixed in. The second you drive off the lot you’re screwed. They sold my godson a total POS for double what it was worth. Within less than a year the a/c, fuel pump, timing, battery, misfiring & everything that could go out has & now the engine is totally blown. I understand they are selling used cars but have some self respect!! here he is with his 1st car & loan, has a car he owes $6k on that didn’t even last a year I think the biggest disappointment is their total lack of customer service I’m really upset looking at the dealership reply to another review they say well just keep in mind that you couldn’t buy a car anywhere else OK so you sell a car that’s not even worth what they pay for it and then less than a year later, the whole damn car goes out and then it ruins your credit even more cause you’re not gonna pay for a car you can’t even drive so they aren’t doing anyone any favors again I understand they’re selling used cars, but this car was clearly a piece of crap and they had no problem taking his money. As an older person that’s bought quite a few cars I said, call them & give them a chance to make it right. They said Not Our problem good luck. You know you sold Crap or else you would’ve said hey come on back. Let us look at it. Nope nothing I think they buy them from the auction and if you get a good one Awesome otherwise too bad for you. They don’t look and see if the car has been maintained this one had metal chips all through the oil, but they still took his money all the same. It’s just really a shame for a first time buyer that doesn’t know any better and trusted them and then he recommended a friend b4 the trouble started and she got screwed too It’s not just like a one time. So the Takeaway is if you want a piece of crap car, but you want to drive away in it that day these folks can help you out but don’t expect much

I’m a single mom. I walk onto most car lots wearing an invisible target. So trust, I came to Marte Motors fully prepared to stand on business and fight for my rights to a sound vehicle. And then I met Mark.
Mark showed me every car that met my criteria -even ones cheaper than the one I came in for. He answered every question, gave me space to think, and had saint-level patience through test drives and all the second guesses (haha I'm not exaggerating; I was tense and he was so kind through this). No pressure, no weird energy, just a real human being helping me make a smart decision. I ended up choosing the car I originally called about: a clean 2008, under 100k miles, and honestly? A total gem.
Now here’s where this place went from “surprisingly decent” to legendary: when things to fix popped up (as they will on a 17-year-old car), I called. Only to ask for referrals or suggestions! Marte Motors said, “Bring it in.” I paid for the parts, they handled the rest. They didn’t owe me that; they did it anyway.
That kind of follow-through?? Rare.
That kind of integrity??? Practically extinct!
Both are very much alive at Marte.
Final shoutout to Matt; handled my title and registration like a pro, as well as all the scheduling and ordering regarding repairs. I didn’t lift a finger. Only waited: for my plate to show up in the mail, and for the call that the car was ready to be picked up.
As for the negative reviews, let me just say: if you’re out here expecting a used car to drive like it rolled off the line yesterday, that’s on you.
This lot doesn’t promise perfection. They promise honesty, decency, and solid cars they’re not afraid to stand behind.
And that’s exactly what I got.
I won't buy used anywhere else. Period.

GO HERE FIRST!! Great group of guys and just about half the fees as some of the other car lots up the road from them!! Helped my son get into a vehicle within his budget and even offered to let him make a couple payments. Thanks Marte Motors!!
