I'm super happy with my entire experience here! Aman was my sales guy and I can't recommend him enough. I came in with an idea of what I wanted but had just had a terrible experience at a different Buick dealership the day before so I was a little tense.
Aman was so knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and personable. I was clear I wasn't going to buy that night since my husband wasn't with me and that didn't change his demeanor or approach at all!
If you've ever gone car shopping you know the follow up messages/calls/interactions are often pushy and invasive, but I didn't experience any of that here. The whole team leads with honesty and knowledge, not trickery and pressure which is phenomenal.
We came back the day after new years to buy and it was such a painless process. The finance team and sales managers were also fantastic. Aman has followed up on everything we discussed during the sale, so I actually look forward to continuing to go to this dealership for service going forward!

If I could give 100 stars, I would because what I experienced was rare, golden and genuine. Having perused their website to find the perfect car for me, I eagerly ran down to the dealership hoping to see the one I wanted. It was 7:15am and they opened at 7:30am (I know! How cool is it that they open an hour and a half before everyone else! Good strategy :)) But I digress...
I was greeted by Graham (who was just arriving to work). Soon after, Alex, the manager came in to assist. These guys are the real deal.  They aren't clock watchers who only go to work so they can count down the hours until they leave. No, they actually enjoy their job, the people they work with and love helping regular people like you and me, find that perfect car to fit our needs. How do they do this? They listen and they listen and they listen. They aren't high pressured salespeople who are looking to make a quick buck. I have a saying when I'm trying to buy a car and it is to, "Make it make sense". I needed the purchase car to meet my needs and let's face it, I needed the bottom line to also meet my needs. It took a week for me to return to the dealership after thinking about it, doing more research and frankly being treated horribly by other dealerships, for me to seal the deal with Brotherton. I am so happy that I did. Here's what they gained by being, at their core, a very upstanding business - MY BUSINESS FOR YEARS TO COME! When I was signing the documents with Kimberly, who was so genuine that we shared stories and even laughed and cried at the humanity we shared, I asked her about this rare dealership culture. She said, simply put, that it comes from the TOP.  Brad Brotherton. To hear her describe this lovely, family man that cares about how his brand (4 generation business) is represented, spoke volumes. I am so proud that I am supporting a FAMILY OWNED business. Here's my happy, happy self in my "new to me" car! Go experience this all for yourself. They will not disappoint! :)
Update: Ryan, the service manager is class act. He literally wears many hats as no two situations are the same but one thing IS the same and that is how personal and precious our cars are to us. Ryan could be called a Crisis Management Expert In my situation. He listened (there's that listening again 😉) and calmly had a solution that immediately put me at ease. This is yet another reason to bring your business to Brotherton. These guys really care. 🙌

Our drive from Portland to Renton was worth every minute! Duke was caring and professional from start to finish. He helped us begin the buying process online, took videos, and sent photos of the car ahead of time so we knew exactly what to expect. We ended up driving to Renton last Saturday, and the trip was absolutely worth it. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, and they made the whole experience smooth, easy, and genuinely friendly. Thank you Duke for making our experience comfortable, fast and easy. We simply love our vehicle!
