2002 Honda Reflex

2002 Naked Reflex build, 250cc liquid cooled Honda engine. Frame had been shaved so you won’t be able to put the plastic panels back on if you wanted too. This thing is stupid quick can easily hit 60 and will do 70 with no issues ( depending on riders weight) I it may go faster then 70 but because it’s lowered all the way around and not stock I’ve not tried to get it to go faster. I never planed to take this on the highway and don’t need to hit 80 when most roads are 40-50 in North Texas . I have 2 different headlight options.
