swft volt electric road bike -(as-is / no charger)

selling this because i don't need it at all and i really never used it, my friend gave me it and i left it outside and never touched it, new one sells for around 800. i don't know if the battery works or not but this is a discontinued model of swft, it does not need a key at all, it's an internal battery which you just plug a charger in and it charges, i'm selling the bike as is, no charger at all, you could fix the bike up and find out if the battery works but i'm lazy to fix it up myself so selling as is, feel free to lowball me since i just want it off my hands! Mechanical Condition brakes: brakes are not bad and they still work you could tighten them if they are loose. frame: frame might have a few scratches or marks. tires: tires are flat they need air, i dont think theres any holes but tires are good just needs air. Electrical Condition (Please Read) charger: not included. battery/display: untested. because i don’t have the power cord, the electronic features and internal frame battery have never been turned on or tested. the bike was in rain in my backyard and in the heat so i don't know if the battery works at all, throw offers at me tho!
